The elegant, comfortable and practical open plan living area is on the first floor it can be air conditioned or centrally heated. Double doors slide open to access the balcony which has a large rectangular table and chairs seating eight people comfortably. From here you can look over the roof tops to the sea and see the sailing boats making their way towards Ibiza.

Indoor dining room. The front terrace also has a large table and 8 chairs to dine outside as has the terrace by the pool.

The Kitchen is very well equiped for 8 people with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, ice maker, electric griddle, dishwasher, Smeg oven and hob, full set of cutlery and knives etc.

The utility room is downstairs and has a washing maching and tumble drier (although most of the time this is not needed!)Iron and Ironing board. There is a washing line outside.

The large downstairs bathroom also has a full size bath and a separate shower cubicle and a bidet. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms, bidets and wc's.

Extra's Fitness room - with range of apparatus including a running machine. Sauna -nice in the evening followed by a swim! X Box - with assorted games or bring your own favourite. There are also a selection of DVD's, books and games for use of guests. Including inflatables for the pool.

The master bedroom is also on the first floor and has a very large double bed - 6' wide - full range of fitted wardrobes - en suite shower with wc, vanity unit and bidet.
