We purchased Villa El Dorado in 2005. It seemed the ideal villa from the first viewing, elegantly furnished, quiet and private in a convenient location 5 minutes in the car from the beach, shops and restuarants.
We always intened to make as much use of the villa as possible, renting it out when we were not using it.
The villa is detached in private grounds accessed through electric gates. We put in an alarm system for additional security.
When we bought the Villa we had full air conditioning,installed, although there are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, we still find in the middle of the summer air con. is essential, and if you are thinking of renting you will have the choice.
We also installed a big pool heater, because time is limited we want the water to be warm enough to swim whenever you wish.
The other luxury we put in is an outdoor kitchen with full sized Spanish tiled bar-b-que, second fridge and second dishwasher and full set of 'plastic'glasses, plates, dishes and bowls. This enables everyone to make the most of the pool and gardens.
